Why do cleaners charge so much?! That's a question we see frequently in our profession. Let us explain how we have carefully considered our fees. ​

Our service charges are based on a fair rate for our team, whilst offering good value to our customers. We’re insured and qualified, so that we can work safely and efficiently. We’re always looking to improve our customer service too.
Of course, we’re saddened when we lose a potential customer to a cheaper rate. But there is a reason why these other cleaners are cheaper. Behind the scenes, they skimp on essentials that we’re not prepared to. They’re most likely not insured, haven't had the correct training or qualifications, and expertise that we do. 
To offer a high standard cleaning service, we invest in training so we know our stuff. Knowledge of products, chemicals, techniques, safety measures, and so much more. Aside from the physical cleaning, we’re running our business too. Customer service, managing staff, meeting our overheads, etc. We want to safeguard our business’ future to reassure our customers that they can depend on us.
Most importantly, we want to offer all of this without compromising on quality. Our team works so hard to uphold our high standards of service and attention to detail. We’re very proud that Klean + Tidy 4 U are big enough to be relied upon, but small enough to care. To us, that care is more worthy of investment than cutting corners.
